- Technical Solution Manager overseeing technology solutions for Metrolinx's business needs. Collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manages and provides technical input to delivery teams implementing technology solutions for Metrolinx business needs
- Validates Service Provider outputs and manages incremental releases
- Collaborates with I&IT Architecture team to align application solutions with technical roadmap
- Supports quarterly production releases and tracks product progress
- Collaborates with stakeholders for successful planning and delivery of projects
- Leads virtual teams delivering initiatives on assigned product roadmaps
Requirements
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and progressive experience in solution delivery leadership positions deemed equivalent.
