About the role

  • Bilingual accounting trainer implementing PBS dealership management software for automotive customers. Delivering virtual and onsite training across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert training and support to new and existing customers in the Accounting module of PBS Dealer Management Software
  • Conduct primarily virtual training sessions in English and French to guide customers through software implementation
  • Provide onsite training for new software installations
  • Navigate and demonstrate the PBS DMS system while maintaining positive, solutions-focused customer relationships
  • Independently manage and deliver assigned training sessions within the primary silo
  • Become an independent installation resource
  • Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
  • Respond promptly to internal and external training requests
  • Perform data entry and other key operational tasks
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolving departmental process documentation
  • Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development
  • Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training opportunities
  • Support a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in accounting
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
  • Valid passport (or the capacity to obtain it)
  • Full, valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
  • PBS software experience is a strong asset
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Outstanding documentation abilities
  • High school diploma
