About the role
- Bilingual Nurse Practitioner reviewing histories and prescribing through Phoenix’s asynchronous telehealth platform. Delivering discreet care for men’s health conditions across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Review patient-submitted medical histories through Phoenix’s graded online platform and determine treatment candidacy
- Issue prescriptions when appropriate
- Communicate directly with patients through the secure messaging platform when more information is needed
- Help refine clinical workflows and support seamless, high-quality care at scale
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design improvements
- Contribute clinical expertise to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands into new conditions and offerings
- Provide asynchronous telehealth care for conditions including erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, premature ejaculation, and testosterone therapy
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English with professional working proficiency in both languages
- Registered nurse practitioner, licensed and in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ)
- Eligibility for licensure in additional Canadian provinces
- Technologically savvy, with experience or comfort using digital care platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to respond to patient needs in a timely and empathetic manner
- Curiosity and interest in innovation and cross-functional collaboration
- Previous men’s health experience is a plus, but not required
- Existing CMPA or equivalent malpractice coverage
- Experience with a telehealth platform
