About the role

  • Territory Representative focused on customer satisfaction and sales growth for Benjamin Moore. Building relationships with clients to grow profitability and market share in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, resolving issues consultatively, and operating with honesty and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new customers and existing accounts to increase profitability and sales growth.
  • Generate, coordinate, and close opportunities with key partners.
  • Use professional, solution-based selling skills to meet customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and public speaking skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • A genuine people person.
  • Strong personal discipline, organization, and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience; a university degree is preferred (experience in painting is not required).
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
