About the role
- Senior Mobile Developer building React Native iOS and Android experiences for Planitar’s 3D property technology. Owning major features, performance optimization, and mobile releases.
Responsibilities
- Write and review code while following and refining engineering best practices
- Engage in collaborative architecture, problem solving, and solution design
- Profile and optimize application memory usage and runtime performance across devices
- Oversee major feature delivery, including architecture, timelines, scope, resources, and risks
- Align team activities with the company’s overall engineering vision
- Identify and drive efficiency enhancements within the team
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX to align technical outcomes with business goals
- Communicate technical solutions across teams
- Drive and manage the mobile release process across iOS and Android, including versioning, store submissions, and post-release monitoring
- Take ownership of major product features and deliver new and improved mobile capabilities
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing, writing, and shipping multi-module React Native code on both iOS and Android platforms
- Comfortable bridging higher-level framework code with lower-level native code on both platforms
- Experience writing native modules and React Native modules
- Proficient in writing unit and integration tests
- Experience profiling, diagnosing, and resolving memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and stability issues using Android Studio Profiler, Xcode Instruments, and React Native performance tooling
- Bonus experience with C++ integration, cloud technologies, localization, computer vision, firmware development, Figma-based design collaboration, CI/CD pipeline creation with GitHub Actions, Firebase Analytics/Remote Config, and release process management
- Knowledge of C++, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript/React Native, Vue, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Figma, Jira, Postman, AWS, HTTP, WebSockets, JSON, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth
