About the role

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst optimizing workflows for Prenuvo’s proactive whole-body scanning healthcare platform. Designing and delivering Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions across clinical operations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization
Develop enterprise process maps and work instructions
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
Establish process governance and standards
Work with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and Product & Engineering teams
Engineer and deliver functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud
Manage the delivery lifecycle from feature ideation through development, production deployment, and adoption
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud
Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholder groups
Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions
Collaborate with engineering leaders on process improvement
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

4-5 years of experience in a role providing analysis and process improvement
Ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and represent multiple stakeholders' interests
Experience delivering complex Salesforce software systems and solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and other no-code platform capabilities
Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards including HL7 and FHIR
Understanding of security and access controls, especially for health data
Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems
Experience migrating existing business processes to Salesforce
Ability to prioritize and understand requirements to address underlying needs rather than immediate requests
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Jenkins
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, currently or in the future
