About the role
- Hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst for a bank in Toronto. 10-month contract, hybrid, 5-7 years Agile and Salesforce experience required.
Responsibilities
- As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and support Salesforce CRM implementations in an Agile environment. This is a 10-month contract with a strong possibility of extension, working Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (37.5 hours/week) in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite).
Requirements
- Must-Have: 5-7 years of experience as Business Analysis in Agile delivery environments; experience facilitating workshops with senior business stakeholders; strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills; 2-3 years of recent experience working on Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements. Nice-To-Have: Experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth, or Financial Services; previous experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
