About the role
- Top 5 bank seeks 2 BAs with Salesforce implementation exp for 10-month contract. 3 days in office. Must have 5-7 yrs BA exp, 2-3 yrs Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities
- As a Business Analyst, you will work in Agile delivery environments, facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders, and elicit and document requirements for Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as Business Analysis in Agile delivery environments; experience facilitating workshops with senior business stakeholders; strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills; 2-3 years of recent experience working on Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements. Nice-to-have: experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth, or Financial Services; previous experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite.
