Senior Business Analyst optimizing Salesforce-centered enterprise applications at Veradigm, a healthcare technology provider. Leading requirements, process analysis, backlog readiness, and cross-system delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage intake of business requests by clarifying problems, defining scope, assessing business value, and preparing work for the delivery backlog
Run requirements sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing
Document current-state and future-state business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvements
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in Jira; maintain documentation in Confluence
Own backlog readiness and ensure work is defined, prioritized, and ready before sprint planning
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Work with developers, administrators, and QA through delivery; answer requirements questions, support testing, and confirm solutions meet acceptance criteria
Analyze cross-system processes and data flows across Salesforce, Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight, and Boomi integrations
Help prioritize work using data, business impact, and tradeoffs
Set and maintain requirements and documentation standards
Influence stakeholders at all levels and challenge incomplete, conflicting, or low-value requests
Support user acceptance testing, release communications, and change management

4+ years of business analysis experience with enterprise business applications
3+ years of hands-on business analysis on Salesforce, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ
Ability to apply business analysis skills across multiple platforms and quickly learn new systems
Strong experience in Agile Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with process mapping and documentation, such as BPMN, swimlane diagrams, Visio, or Lucidchart
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
