About the role
- Top 5 bank seeks 2 Business Analysts with Salesforce for 7-month contract. 3 days on-site downtown Toronto. Pay up to $50/hr + HST.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and support Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements in an Agile delivery environment.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as Business Analysis in Agile delivery environments. Experience facilitating workshops with senior business stakeholders. Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills. 2-3 years of recent experience working on Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements is a must have. Nice-to-have: Experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth, or Financial Services. Previous experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite.
