  • Senior Manager leading large-scale change management engagements for clients in Workforce Transformation. Driving organizational effectiveness through innovative solutions and skilled collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support large-scale change management engagements
  • Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements
  • Lead business development activities to identify opportunities
  • Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops
  • Manage engagement economics and oversee high-quality work
  • Drive the creation of innovative products and methodologies
  • Keep up to date on trends across the AI and change management landscape

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering organizational transformation and technology implementation services in multiple industries
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas, such as technology implementation (Workday, SAP, Salesforce, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Strong track record of leading and managing teams
  • Experience leading proposals and presentations
  • Ability to create new sales opportunities from clients
  • Must be fluent in English and French
