Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the sales team, supporting them in processing client applications.
Manage cases between carriers and agents to ensure all underwriting requirements are fulfilled.
This involves meticulously reviewing client applications to confirm that they are complete for the underwriting process.
Propose improvements to processes and technology.
Perform additional duties related to the New Business Department as assigned by the immediate manager.
Requirements
Previous experience in office administration is required.
Fluency in both English and French (written, spoken, and reading) is required.
Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
