A large Telco seeks an AI Product Owner to drive Contact Center AI services, bridging business strategy and technical execution.
About the role
- Lead Technical Program Manager overseeing large-scale cloud transformation and agile implementations. Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and a talented team in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the program's strategic objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the integrated program plan, aligning technical requirements with business priorities, team capacity, and project timelines.
- Architect, implement, and manage Agile framework for the program.
- Establish and facilitate the program's cadence, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-pillar synchronization meetings.
- Lead the end-to-end Program Increment Planning process, from preparation and readiness to facilitation and follow-up, ensuring the creation of a committed and aligned plan for the Agile Release Train.
- Proactively identify, track, and drive the resolution of program-level risks and cross-team dependencies to ensure a smooth flow of value delivery.
- Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to Scrum Masters and agile teams.
- Serve as the primary point of communication for program status, progress, and metrics.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior role such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer, specifically leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration initiatives.
- Expert-level knowledge and practical application of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and lean-agile principles.
- Proven ability to structure and manage large, multi-pillar technology programs with complex interdependencies.
- Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and other agile management tools for managing complex backlogs and reporting on program-level metrics.
- Strong competency in cloud migration concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
