About the role
- Delivery Lead managing complex digital and AI initiatives at RAVL. Overseeing execution across cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality delivery of large-scale programs.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery strategy across complex, multi-team programs
- Establish and evolve delivery frameworks, planning models, and execution standards
- Ensure alignment between design outputs and delivery timelines
- Lead backlog shaping, sequencing, and dependency management across teams
- Define and drive delivery cadence (planning, backlog governance, story readiness)
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations at a program level
- Interface with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, and reporting
- Implement delivery metrics and continuous improvement practices
- Coach teams on delivery excellence and operational maturity
Requirements
- 10+ years in delivery leadership across complex digital or platform initiatives
- Strong expertise in agile delivery, planning, and dependency management
- Experience designing delivery operating models
- Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
- Ability to drive structured execution in ambiguous environments
- Experience leading without direct authority
