About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing change management initiatives while supporting clients in a global pharmaceutical solutions company. Leading project management and service delivery across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Targeted focus on Project Management and Shared Services Support
  • Responsible to interface with all levels of Management within the Portfolio for all related change management initiatives
  • Oversees the Administrative Team department and all functions therein
  • Leads and initiates continuous improvement activities for all 20 therapeutic areas
  • Leverages broad account management experience to effectively support clients
  • Develops all decks and related collateral for Quarterly Business Reviews (ABRs), Client PMO meeting and Change Management Initiatives
  • Responsible for the coordination of all portfolio events and change management activities
  • Interfaces with cross-functional departments for service delivery related initiatives and change management
  • Oversees associates to ensure their ability to handle calls and provide appropriate customer service, document requirements in the system, and manage follow-up calls
  • Assists with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives; makes recommendations for changes in operations and assists in the execution of these changes
  • Produce all project related reporting
  • Participate in client meetings; Daily and ongoing client project communications

Requirements

  • Minimum University Degree in Business Administration, Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project or program management
  • Minimum 2 years of People management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating system
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
