Requirements
- Eligibility for an independent practice certificate from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Specialty certification in Public Health and Preventive Medicine (formerly Community Medicine)
- Proven ability to lead change in complex and dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
