About the role
- Full Stack Engineer II developing secure RESTful APIs and cloud-based solutions for REV Capital. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality code and system performance in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Node.js
- Build and deploy cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and related DevOps tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality code and system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Implement web security best practices (JWT, CORS, XSS, CSRF prevention)
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with Express.js or similar frameworks
- Experience building single-page applications (SPAs)
- Strong understanding of React hooks, state management, and lifecycle
- Familiarity with package management (pip, virtual environments)
