• Perform material quantity take-offs and cost calculations
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations and proposals to clients, contractors, and builders
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing for materials and services
• Evaluate project scope, timelines, and installation requirements
• Participate in departmental and interdepartmental meetings or training as required
• Prequalify potential clients to establish budget, timelines, and compatibility
• Prepare quotations and site installation meetings as required
• Assist project managers with change orders
