Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process
- Provide patient support, care coordination, and emotional guidance
- Help patients navigate entry into care
- Match patients with the right therapist
- Support patients throughout the intake and care-navigation journey
- Help older adults and families feel supported, understood, and reassured
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in Canada
- Full-time availability
- Empathetic and clear communication
- Active listening and ability to handle difficult or emotional conversations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages
- Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Interest in mental health and healthcare access
- Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
- Willingness to work one of the listed shifts: 9a–6p ET or 12p–9p ET, across the specified weekly schedules
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required
