Requirements
Empathetic and clear communicator. You speak with kindness, listen actively, and make others feel at ease – even during difficult or emotional conversations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple patients at different stages in the process and never let things slip through the cracks.
Tech-comfortable. You’re comfortable learning tools like Google Workspace, EHR platforms (e.g., Healthie), or CRMs like HubSpot, and pick up new software quickly.
Mission-aligned. You care deeply about improving care for older adults and are excited to play a key role in someone’s first step toward better mental health.
Experience welcome, not required. You may have worked in healthcare, customer service, or an administrative support role before – but most importantly, you’re organized, compassionate, and eager to grow.
