About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate Gitxsan youth discipleship preparation
- Plan and conduct community outreach activities
- Support and pray with youth and parents/guardians
- Recruit, screen, orient, and train volunteer leaders
- Track and report youth activities statistics
Requirements
- Completion of a formal post-secondary/college program of two academic years
- Youth leadership training and/or Biblical studies
- Minimum of one (1) year prior related experience, including experience working with children and youth
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Proactive in strategic planning and implementation
- Good administrative, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Gitxsan is an asset
