About the role
- Senior AI Platform Engineer focusing on building and scaling Enterprise AI platform. Collaborating on AI applications with a focus on operational improvements in physical industries.
Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end Data & AI platform (Databricks,AWS or other tech stack)
- Architect and scale company-wide GenAI capabilities
- Provide documentation and support to business users
- Lead platform investments in areas like RAG infrastructure
- Serve as a technical anchor and mentor for the broader AI & Data team
- Design and integrate AI solutions with internal systems
- Develop and launch AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency across business functions
- Collaborate closely with top-tier engineers, data scientists, and business users
- Apply and scale software engineering excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of industry experience in software engineering or data platform development.
- 3+ years of experience owning the development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support of web applications and backend APIs.
- 0-1+ year of experience building and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions.
- 1+ year of experience in administering AWS platform.
- Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML fundamentals.
- Experience with AI agent development frameworks and tooling.
