Senior Frontend Developer at ScalePad shaping product experiences and enhancing user interfaces. Collaborating across teams to improve frontend quality and mentor developers in modern practices.

Responsibilities

Owning high-impact frontend experiences from concept to launch, translating complex product and partner needs into clear, performant, and accessible user interfaces.
Raising the bar for frontend quality across architecture, component design, state management, testing, performance, and maintainability.
Using AI-native development practices to improve engineering velocity and product quality.
Partnering closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguity into shippable solutions.
Mentoring other developers through thoughtful code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming.
Helping evolve our frontend platform and design system so product teams can deliver consistent, polished experiences.

Strong experience building modern frontend applications with React, TypeScript, and component-based architecture.
Senior-level judgment in frontend engineering, including accessibility, performance, responsive design, state management, API integration.
AI fluency in day-to-day software development, including using AI tools to accelerate exploration, implementation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
A product-minded approach to engineering, with the ability to connect technical decisions to user outcomes, business impact, and partner value.
Experience working in collaborative, fast-moving SaaS environments where requirements evolve and feedback is frequent.
A track record of navigating ambiguity and turning it into action.
