Responsibilities
- Owning high-impact frontend experiences from concept to launch, translating complex product and partner needs into clear, performant, and accessible user interfaces.
- Raising the bar for frontend quality across architecture, component design, state management, testing, performance, and maintainability.
- Using AI-native development practices to improve engineering velocity and product quality.
- Partnering closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguity into shippable solutions.
- Mentoring other developers through thoughtful code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming.
- Helping evolve our frontend platform and design system so product teams can deliver consistent, polished experiences.
Requirements
- Strong experience building modern frontend applications with React, TypeScript, and component-based architecture.
- Senior-level judgment in frontend engineering, including accessibility, performance, responsive design, state management, API integration.
- AI fluency in day-to-day software development, including using AI tools to accelerate exploration, implementation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- A product-minded approach to engineering, with the ability to connect technical decisions to user outcomes, business impact, and partner value.
- Experience working in collaborative, fast-moving SaaS environments where requirements evolve and feedback is frequent.
- A track record of navigating ambiguity and turning it into action.
