Responsibilities
Art Direction and Concept Development
Lead visual direction and concept development for campaign and client projects
Translate strategy and messaging into clear, compelling visual systems
Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all deliverables
Video and Motion (Key Strength)
Develop storyboards, creative treatments, and visual approaches for video deliverables
Create and or source video assets for social, web, and digital marketing channels
Edit video content and apply motion-based typography and graphic overlays as needed
Deliver platform-ready assets across formats and specifications
Graphic Design (Digital + Print)
Design and produce campaign creative including digital ads, social assets, presentations, and print collateral
Create print-ready layouts for large-format and event-related materials as needed (i.e., banners, booths etc.)
Maintain strong craft across typography, layout, and composition
Collaboration and Execution
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and internal stakeholders to develop cohesive creative
Present work clearly and incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Innovation and Tools
Stay current on design and video trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools
Apply AI-assisted workflows thoughtfully to support ideation and production efficiency
Provide additional support as required
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong video creation skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools
Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
Strong communication skills, including comfort presenting work and discussing creative rationale
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment using Microsoft Teams and related tools
Previous experience working in a freelance and/or remote capacity, with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Schedule flexibility, including availability for occasional evenings and/or weekends as project needs require
Added Assets: UX or web design experience (Figma or similar), Animation and motion design beyond standard video editing, Experience using AI tools to support creative ideation, layout exploration, and production workflows
