About the role
- Microsoft Security Architect designing and delivering solutions for identity management and workplace security. Collaborating with teams to provide technical leadership and service delivery expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver identity management and workplace security solutions that meet client requirements and timelines
- Serve as the technical authority to lead Identity Management and Workplace Security engagements
- Work closely with co-workers (internally), end-users (externally), and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams
- Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on the team
- Function as a technical expert, with strong customer interaction skills
- Advise on, implement, and manage complex solution and service deployments for clients
- Stay on top of new trends and technology updates
- Continually fine-tune delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- 8+ years’ work experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 10 + years of related, progressively senior industry experience
- Updated Certifications and training to include; Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate, and Security Administrator Associate
