About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in the technical preparation of aircraft for testing
- Analyze plans, drawings, and technical documentation
- Support teams during modifications, installations, and test activities
- Contribute to the drafting and improvement of work instructions
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Participate in resolving technical issues
- Plan and implement production changes
- Support and optimize daily production operations
Requirements
- DEC in Aircraft Maintenance (Diplôme d'études collégiales in Aircraft Maintenance)
- Experience as an aircraft production technician or an aircraft maintenance technician
- Sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative, and sound technical judgment
- Able to work with minimal supervision and possess strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver is an asset
- Good ability to read plans and understand mechanical systems
- Interest in evolving into a role that includes technical analysis and coordination
- Rigorous mindset and ability to work in a team
- Bilingualism and strong organizational and communication skills are also essential
