Responsibilities
**TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯**
Perform complex analyses of heat transfer, pipe network flow, thermodynamics and aircraft icing.
Interpret and frame results within the context of aircraft design and correct sizing.
Prepare test plans.
Document analyses and ground and flight test results.
Write and update the company’s engineering practice documents.
Requirements
**YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS đź’Ž**
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (including coursework or projects in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, aircraft icing and/or CFD); a Master’s degree is an asset.
Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and icing.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Proficient with MS Office (including advanced Excel skills).
Familiarity with Siemens Flomaster is an asset.
Familiarity with programming (Unix operating systems and languages such as Fortran 77/95, Visual Basic, C++/C# and Python is an asset).
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Available for short-term travel (one to two weeks).
