About the role

Intermediate AI / Full Stack Developer at Solink, building and deploying software and ML models. Collaborating across teams to deliver innovative AI features for enhanced operational insights.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other engineers, product, and QA to define requirements and deliver innovative enterprise AI features.
Design, train, tune and deploy ML models across cloud and embedded environments.
Contribute to the full SDLC when developing ML solutions.
Adhere to ML and architecture best practices.
Create, extend, and execute automation tests in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
Troubleshoot, mitigate, and resolve customer issues with timely fixes and longer-term solutions.

3+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade software and integrating ML models into customer facing solutions.
Significant experience with one or more of Node.js, React, Python, Rust, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and optimizing ML models.
Comfort with contributing to all parts of the SDLC.
A collaborative problem solver with a passion for driving software and ML best practices.
Hands-on experience in a cloud-native product (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
