About the role
- Intermediate AI / Full Stack Developer at Solink, building and deploying software and ML models. Collaborating across teams to deliver innovative AI features for enhanced operational insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other engineers, product, and QA to define requirements and deliver innovative enterprise AI features.
- Design, train, tune and deploy ML models across cloud and embedded environments.
- Contribute to the full SDLC when developing ML solutions.
- Adhere to ML and architecture best practices.
- Create, extend, and execute automation tests in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
- Troubleshoot, mitigate, and resolve customer issues with timely fixes and longer-term solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade software and integrating ML models into customer facing solutions.
- Significant experience with one or more of Node.js, React, Python, Rust, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and optimizing ML models.
- Comfort with contributing to all parts of the SDLC.
- A collaborative problem solver with a passion for driving software and ML best practices.
- Hands-on experience in a cloud-native product (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
