About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tracking dashboards (realized savings, project pipeline, compliance)
- Conduct spend analysis by category, supplier, and business unit
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management
- Automate and improve the reliability of recurring procurement team reports
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of data in ERP systems
- Collaborate with buyers to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities
- Document the team’s processes, tools, and best practices
- Support project management and procurement pipeline tracking in DevOps
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance, business analysis, statistics, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in procurement, supply chain, or finance
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly (data storytelling)
- Strong ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated, independent, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with predominantly English-speaking stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros)
- PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
- Experience with Oracle ERP/P2P
- Experience with SAP and Ariba is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
