About the role

  • Senior Business Process Analyst improving business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency at TD, a major North American bank. Leading complex initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized business process and procedure management guidance and support
  • Implement processes and initiatives to meet business process standards and guidelines
  • Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
  • Advise on business and operational processes
  • Build relationships with business partners across business units
  • Analyze the feasibility and impact of initiatives, process improvements, technical solutions, and products/features
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions
  • Participate in developing internal standards and procedures
  • Lead project status reports, communications, and deliverables
  • Identify and detail communication, implementation, and training plans
  • Lead or indirectly manage project teams
  • Conduct research and support presentations and communications to management
  • Perform functional or enterprise-level analysis and make recommendations
  • Monitor service and productivity and implement continuous process improvements
  • Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, assistance, and direction
  • Manage risks and resolve escalated high-risk issues
  • Lead moderately complex to complex projects and initiatives
  • Build stakeholder alignment and resolve complex issues
  • Mentor others and contribute to team development

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Business Process Management
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends
  • Skill in mentoring/coaching others
  • Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
  • Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Travel may be required
  • Expected to be onsite 4 days a week
