About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to ongoing assessments of our games portfolio across IP, genres, business models, and risk levels, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification
- Conduct analyses on the gaming market, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and technological trends to support senior leaders in shaping the future of gaming
- Build and maintain portfolio models across multiple iterations, ensuring our games portfolio is tracking toward its investment goals while balancing risk and return
- Support senior strategists and executives with data and analysis that inform decisions about current portfolio performance versus future opportunities
- Take ownership of discrete strategic workstreams and projects on high-impact topics, executing them with guidance from senior team members
- Collaborate with studio and production teams to evaluate the portfolio fit and economic potential of game development plans
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, product, or analytics in the gaming industry, or in management/strategy consulting
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry and familiarity with the broader media and entertainment landscape
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently manage tasks and see projects through to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to a range of audiences
- Proficient financial modeling skills and working experience with mathematical models and statistical techniques
- Skilled at producing clear, polished work products including PowerPoint decks and Excel models
