Requirements
- Proven ability to thrive in an intensely fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, run quarterly planning cycles, and translate ambiguity into structured outcomes.
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, ideally with an understanding of consumer finance, alternative lending, or fintech products.
- Understanding of technical systems and product architecture at a conceptual level.
- Strong initiative around using AI tools to support product discovery, customer understanding, and workflow acceleration.
