Responsibilities
Leverage cutting-edge tools (UAVs, AI-integrated solutions) and contribute to Stantec’s Innovation Office and Digital Center of Excellence.
Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage and execute small to mid-sized geotechnical projects from proposal through completion, including planning, analysis, reporting, and client communication.
Apply your expertise to complex analyses, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead and coordinate small project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the advancement of our technical capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical or Geological or Mining Engineering, or Geology.
5–10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or related services.
Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA or eligible for registration transfer from another province.
Valid Canadian driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
Ability to live and work in Canada.
Residing in Edmonton Alberta, or willing to relocate.
