Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor construction works in accordance with the plans and specifications for municipal projects
Produce detailed reports and track the progress of works
Coordinate among the various stakeholders
Participate in site meetings
Support project inspectors in resolving technical issues
Receive and respond to change requests and/or deviation requests
Compile and reconcile quantities with the contractor for the preparation of payment statements
Produce deficiency (punch) lists
Requirements
Interest in joining a dynamic, experienced and engaged team
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in monitoring municipal projects and urban development
Experience with roadworks, sanitary sewers, water distribution systems and site/land development
Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality work
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
