Responsibilities
- Support the design, analysis, and construction of all types of infrastructure projects across Canada.
- Lead complex analysis using state of the practice software

- Mentor colleagues across a breadth of experience fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s or PhD an asset).
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in British Columbia.
- Knowledge of relevant British Columbia and Canadian codes, guidelines and standards.
- Experience with geotechnical software solutions (GeoStudio™, LeapFrog, Rocscience).
- Demonstrated ability to work and manage projects independently.
- Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact through engineering.
- Effective communication skills, including report writing and client engagement.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement and mentorship of developing engineers.
- Commitment to technical excellence and mentorship. Active participation in professional associations and technical communities is an asset.
