Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the architectural construction contract administration team
Track, log and distribute deliverables during the construction phase of projects
Coordinate with all disciplines to assist with updating logs and providing updates on deliverables
Maintain project team directories, file emails, and communicate changes or process updates to the team
Assist project teams in preparing change management documentation and certificates of payment
Prepare weekly updates and logs to the team for project coordination on deliverables
Assist in tracking project management deliverables across multiple projects
Assist in assembling and executing contractual agreements
Assist with Quality Control and Quality Assurance related to contract administration and project management deliverables
Attend meetings and work cooperatively with all team members
Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role (project experience an asset)
Associate degree or technical school diploma/certificate in a related field
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel as well as Teams and SharePoint
Proficient in Blue Beam and working experience in a document control platform such as Newforma (or Procore, Onware etc)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Capable of performing repetitive tasks with a high level of proficiency and accuracy
Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed
