Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of internal projects from initiation through closeout.
Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and surface risks or blockers to senior project managers.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on open items.
Create and maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, and project plans.
Assist with resource tracking and ensure team members have clear task assignments.
Identify potential risks and surface mitigation options to senior project managers. Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status to internal stakeholders across the Operations team.
Assist with onboarding new projects into project management tools and systems.
Contribute to process improvement efforts as opportunities arise.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar support role (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or ADO (preferred).
CAPM certification, or active pursuit of PMP certification (preferred).
