- RPA Business Analyst driving automation initiatives at StarTech.com. Partnering with teams to analyze workflows and deliver scalable automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility assessments including ROI, risk, and impact analysis.
- Lead discovery workshops to document current-state processes.
- Create detailed process maps, data flows, and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Coordinate development timelines and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor bot performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and manage lifecycle updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Automation.
- Experience working with RPA platforms (Power Automate preferred).
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP), Agile, or RPA is considered an asset.
