About the role
- Senior Technical Product Manager guiding the evolution of Stay22's API platform and Model Context Protocol. Collaborating across teams to transform systems into a unified technical ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design the API as a product: Transform our assets (inventory, pricing, analytics) into reliable, high-performance API products.
- Collaborate closely: Work with engineering, data, and supply to define security, documentation, and developer experience (DevEx) standards.
- Drive AI enablement: Define MCP server requirements to allow our agents to be deployed on third-party marketplaces, opening new acquisition channels.
- Measure impact: Balance technical needs and business opportunities through precise KPIs (adoption, platform health, business impact).
- Serve as a bridge: Translate complex technical challenges into clear opportunities for leadership and commercial teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical product management (APIs, platforms, developer tools).
- Technical fluency: You speak the same language as our engineers (REST vs GraphQL, auth, rate limiting, etc.).
- Design sensibility: Strong intuition for creating an exceptional developer experience.
- Mental agility: Proven ability to structure ambiguity and simplify complex systems.
- Future-oriented: Interest or familiarity with LLM ecosystems, RAG, MCP, or AI agents (major plus).
- Communication: Talent for explaining technology clearly and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
