About the role

Senior Technical Product Manager defining strategies for technical capabilities. Driving product innovation and enhancing user experiences on Stay22's AI-powered affiliate platform.

Responsibilities

Conduct a variety of research (user interviews, technology analyses, market monitoring) to identify new opportunities for value creation.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize pain points, opening new avenues for partner success and monetization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define and evolve approaches related to fingerprinting, DOM injection, and browser behavior optimization, with constant attention to privacy, scalability, and reliability.
Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for Phantom, ensuring clear alignment with cross-functional priorities and business objectives.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements from both users and internal teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
Establish success metrics, measure the impact of Phantom initiatives, and clearly communicate their value across the organization.
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with product marketing.
Maintain active monitoring of evolving browser standards and privacy protections, ensuring our technology stack remains robust and compliant.

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally with at least 3 years in a technical product role (infrastructure, developer tools, or browser-level technologies).
Strong technical understanding: ability to bridge complex engineering concepts and their product implications — and vice versa.
Experience collaborating with highly technical teams, particularly in environments involving extensive cross-team coordination or shared platforms/services.
High adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
