About the role
- Senior Technical Product Manager defining strategies for technical capabilities. Driving product innovation and enhancing user experiences on Stay22's AI-powered affiliate platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of research (user interviews, technology analyses, market monitoring) to identify new opportunities for value creation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize pain points, opening new avenues for partner success and monetization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and evolve approaches related to fingerprinting, DOM injection, and browser behavior optimization, with constant attention to privacy, scalability, and reliability.
- Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for Phantom, ensuring clear alignment with cross-functional priorities and business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements from both users and internal teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
- Establish success metrics, measure the impact of Phantom initiatives, and clearly communicate their value across the organization.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with product marketing.
- Maintain active monitoring of evolving browser standards and privacy protections, ensuring our technology stack remains robust and compliant.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally with at least 3 years in a technical product role (infrastructure, developer tools, or browser-level technologies).
- Strong technical understanding: ability to bridge complex engineering concepts and their product implications — and vice versa.
- Experience collaborating with highly technical teams, particularly in environments involving extensive cross-team coordination or shared platforms/services.
- High adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
