About the role
- HR technology analyst optimizing Talent Acquisition and Mobility systems for Symbiotic Digital, an IT consulting and recruitment company. Gathering requirements, supporting implementations, troubleshooting HRIS, managing projects, and delivering HR analytics.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements with HR stakeholders
- Analyze and prioritize requirements for alignment with business objectives
- Create functional specifications for system enhancements and implementations
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on HR technology solutions
- Participate in system configuration, customization, integration, and testing
- Provide ongoing HR systems support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and user feedback
- Create and maintain user guides and process-flow documentation
- Guide and support HR system users
- Plan, execute, and monitor HR technology projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure HR data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for HR strategies
- Ensure HR systems comply with applicable regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or a similar role
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing HR technology projects from initiation through completion
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and emerging technologies
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements related to HR systems
- Ability to ensure HR systems comply with applicable regulations and policies
