- Software Engineer contributing to strategic repo trading initiatives at TD Securities. Responsible for developing integrations and delivering enhancements to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to solve complex software, data, and system integration problems
- Perform technical and business analysis to determine and document business requirements
- Leverage AI coding tools to work through functional requirements, write code, and write tests
- Create functional test scripts and automated processes
- Support release and change management, including the use of automated deployment tools
- Provide technical expertise to Support teams in resolving escalated incidents
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of experience working in the Capital Markets domain
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Linux and commonly used tools and processes
- Experience with SQL and commonly used tools (Microsoft SSMS)
