About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with digital, marketing, product, and technology teams to apply business and channel strategies to web and mobile analytics
  • Analyze customer behavior across digital channels to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities
  • Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that improve customer experience, conversion, engagement, and overall digital performance
  • Conduct end-to-end analytics including hypothesis development, data extraction, analysis, insight synthesis, and executive-ready storytelling
  • Translate complex digital data into clear, consumable dashboards and visualizations
  • Act as a bridge between business partners and data teams, translating digital business requirements into analytics solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital channel analytics
  • Educate and enable business partners to interpret digital metrics
  • Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
  • 2+ years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background
  • Experience using either Python OR SQL OR Spark to manipulate data
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics as an asset
  • Experience with Power BI as a plus
  • Experience in project development workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence and GitHub is considered a plus
  • Knowledge in leveraging cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Databricks) in deploying analytics solutions
