Responsibilities
Partner with digital, marketing, product, and technology teams to apply business and channel strategies to web and mobile analytics
Analyze customer behavior across digital channels to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities
Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that improve customer experience, conversion, engagement, and overall digital performance
Conduct end-to-end analytics including hypothesis development, data extraction, analysis, insight synthesis, and executive-ready storytelling
Translate complex digital data into clear, consumable dashboards and visualizations
Act as a bridge between business partners and data teams, translating digital business requirements into analytics solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert in digital channel analytics
Educate and enable business partners to interpret digital metrics
Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
2+ years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background
Experience using either Python OR SQL OR Spark to manipulate data
Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics as an asset
Experience with Power BI as a plus
Experience in project development workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence and GitHub is considered a plus
Knowledge in leveraging cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Databricks) in deploying analytics solutions
