- Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting banker experience technology solutions at TD Securities. Leading onboarding of new technology and managing changes to existing applications with business partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support technology initiatives and onboardings for industry best technology solutions
- Manage changes to existing technology applications within the CIB Technology portfolio
- Define & document requirements, perform data/system/impact analysis, develop test plans and execute and/or support User Acceptance Testing
- Research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations
- Keep management informed of projects progress and potential risks with clear and concise recommendations on risk mitigation
- Spearhead process change efforts by working in collaboration with upstream and downstream stakeholders
- Support the development of business cases including benefits identification, RFI/RFP and service level agreements
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- Business/Technology focused preferred
- 5-8 years relevant experience
- SDLC / Agile methodology experience
- Experience with managing and working with SaaS applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of investment banking, technology trends, industry best practices
