- Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting the Technology Business Development function at TD to drive strategic goals and vendor onboarding. Leading analysis and requirements gathering to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Technology Business Development team to translate goals into requirements
- Drive definition of workflows for vendor solutions and pilots
- Support proof-of-concept and vendor due diligence efforts
- Act as liaison between stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5-8 years relevant experience in business analysis, technology delivery, or related roles
- Knowledge and understanding of investment banking
- Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment
- Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
