- Execute on Engineering strategy related to the introduction of tools and the automation of build, test, release, and configure activities
- Lead the creation of solution options and comprehensive end-to-end solution coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and document detailed solution design serving as an application SME
- Accountable for complex applications/systems development, programming/coding
- Consult on development of requirements and specifications for optimal software/systems design
- Review technical deliverables in design and development to ensure quality adherence
- Identify and implement improvements/solutions to enhance customer experience, availability, and/or costs
- Collaborate with Technology partners to define performance metrics and goals
Requirements
- 7-10 years relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
- Graduate degree nice to have
