Requirements
- 10+ years of application development experience
- Strong engineering background delivering enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience in application design and development, such as COBOL, JCL, VSAM
- Familiar with SAS, CA-7, IBM OS/390, Z/OS, TSO
- Strong knowledge of business domain and engineering frameworks
