Lead technical aspects of enhancement backlog items from inception through to deployment
Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on technical working experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Certification: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Understanding of Applications Portfolio Management, Integration Hub and other integrations on the NOW Platform
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum, DevOps and ITIL 4
High level ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues.
