About the role
- Staff Engineer providing enterprise-scale technical leadership and architectural stewardship across the Guidewire Claims platform. Collaborating with product, engineering, and architecture leaders to define and evolve technical strategy.

- Provide enterprise-scale technical leadership and architectural stewardship across the Guidewire Claims platform.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture definition for high-complexity problem spaces.
- Act as a senior technical partner to business and product leaders.
- Ensure engineering solutions meet expectations for quality, performance, security, and availability.
- Provide technical mentorship and promote an inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience
- 7+ years of deep hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Guidewire ClaimCenter certification (or equivalent)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processing, data flows, and regulatory considerations.
