About the role
- Customer Experience Associate delivering transactions, advice, and service at TD Canada Trust branches. Building customer relationships and promoting suitable banking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard activities as necessary
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time
- Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes
- Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development
- Support coworkers and keep the team updated on routine activities
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements
Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- Ability to exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to handle several tasks and changing priorities
- Established customer experience skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
